Our magnetic dog.

Juno tends to be a bit of a people magnet, which is funny as he really is much more interested in making friends with other dogs than humans.

But the collateral fallout from his magnetism is we get to meet plenty of new people when out and about. Juno acts as a touchstone to start off conversations with new friends and interesting people that we probably wouldn’t have much reason to engage with otherwise.

In the photo, Kelly chats with a young lady traveling on holidays in Australia from Brazil. The elaborate cup she is holding contains a Brazilian (I think) tea. In the top part of the cup sits a wire mesh basket in which the loose leaf tea sits. You pour hot water across the tea leaves and into the cup from a thermos. And then the tea is drunk via a metal straw that passes beyond the basket to the bottom of the cup.

I cannot for the life of me remember what the tea or cup/straw are called, so if anyone has any information about this please drop it in the comments!
