I don’t know much about Peter Russell. I have not read any of his books but his bio states that he is an author who initially studied mathematics and theoretical physics at Cambridge University (UK), before changing his studies to experimental psychology. He also travelled to India to study meditation and eastern philosophy.

What I do think is that he has some pretty interesting things to say in this video despite the constant overlay of slightly schmaltzy stock photos & videos (why do they always do this when talking about contemplative matters?)

If you are busy multitasking right now, perhaps set watching it aside until you have a little uninterrupted time to appreciate and reflect on it.
