Things are getting a little crazy in this corner of the solar system. What with the coronavirus pandemic escalating, stock markets crashing, locust plagues ….er, plaguing.

Seems like the only sensible thing to do is to run away.

Luckily the tribe is ready to roll south first thing tomorrow morning. That’s all we know. South on a 2 week road trip to check out Victoria.

We will make the rest up as we go.

Ripley is packed up and fueled up and spruced up to go. Checklist complete:

• Engine fluid levels attended.
• Gas cylinder swapped out.
• Food supplies stocked.
• Toilet cleaned.
• Dog food stowed.
• 1,648 rolls of toilet paper on board (just in case of a COVID19 apocalypse). I’m not sure why, but it seems to be an essential precaution these days.

During this time of daily uncertainty, unease and tension I hope you will follow along as we try to share some antidotes to this pernicious trending gloom.
