The war in Ukraine continues to affect us all. Many of the tragic stories and pictures we see each day are difficult to hold. War crimes, mass graves, the decimation of a people. What the fuck are we doing. This morning, for some reason, one picture lingers in my mind; a Ukrainian civilian murdered on the street as he walked home after shopping for a bag of potatoes.
