Philip Fresh Produce Markets. Spring 2024.

Market day! Fresh flower bunches and local produce and music and multicultural food and community.

To be honest, I don’t buy much at the markets. I mean, our local supermarket chain is only a 5min walk down past the busy main road.
Besides, I don’t recognise most of the flowers….
And the vegetables all look a little wonky and crooked and dirty and blemished.
And they don’t come hygienically sealed in plastic.
And they taste weird.
And the music is so amateur.
And there are too many people standing around talking.
And it’s all out in the elements.
And there are no sale signs to let me know I’m getting a bargain.

I just don’t see the attraction.
