  1. Meditate twice a day more than once a day.
  2. Less screen time more paper time.
  3. Unsubscribe from all (well most) subscription based apps and media services.
  4. Don’t fall off any ladders.
  5. Embodied fitness over aesthetic fitness.
  6. Pick up all the dog poops.
  7. Take more advice. Ask for help. Give less fucks.
  8. Own a record player.
  9. Make more photos and write about them.
  10. Be less tired.
  11. Embrace the stupidity of it all.
  12. Be less stupid.
  13. Be more embarrassed.
  14. Be rich.
