Benchmark.

First Nations Embassy. Canberra, Australia.

I wanted to get some pics at the Aboriginal Embassy outside Old Parliament House.
For whatever reason the site is looking pretty disheveled right now making it photographically interesting.

I thought the place was deserted, but as I framed up my first photograph a dude stepped out from inside one of the sheds.

“Good morning”, I said. “Sorry, I didn’t think there was anyone here. Do you mind if I take a couple of photos?”

“No photos”, was his curt reply.
So. Absolutely fair enough…. and that was that.

Later, I did get this shot a little further away from the embassy. I like it a lot.
