A poem by W.S. Merwin.
Here is another poem from my favourite poet, WS Merwin.
It is a confronting story about a man trying to burn his dead cat.
And in the ending, it is about so much more.
Now, despite a good poke around, I cannot find this poem anywhere else on the internet.
So I had to type it out myself (ughrrh).
