Pulled over for a driving break next to St Mary’s Catholic Church in Tuena. It was unusually warm for this time of year and after rehydrating I stumbled around photographing this little church.

Although a somewhat disheveled, I think this church is still in use. It reminded me of those old Spanish churches that I remember watching on Western movies.
Unfortunately it was locked so I couldn’t peek inside.

I took a few exterior shots, but I think this one best captured the truth of the moment.
The light is heavenly.
