62 and I’m still doing it.

I still try to maintain a regular (ie 3 to 5 sessions a week) fitness program. I find it compliments my daily meditation practice.

And at 62 I’m blessed to be able to do so.

Mind you, its a totally different bunch of reasons that bring me to the gym these days.

I don’t come to improve my looks or pump up my ego, or establish my alpha with the bros…..I come because this dynamic energy is my body/mind manifesting itself.

That, and to try to stop bits of me falling off.

Let these things bubble up in your own life:

  • Meditation
  • Resistance training
  • Gentle cardio
  • Stretching
  • Moment to moment NOW-fulness practice.
