Me and my family. In 1975.

Here are a few totally candid shots of me and my family taken circa 1975.

Over the next few weeks I will be posting a few of my dads old 35mm slides that have not seen the light of day for 20, 30, maybe 40 years in some cases.

I will call this Project Re-expose.

So. There is my mum up top. Tanned up and obviously fresh from the hairdresser. Smoking was cool back then. So my mum was obviously cool in spades.

I think those white dots on my face are shaving cream. I’m pretending to be a popular Aussie TV comedian of the time named Norman Gunston (see pic).

Next up, my dad. And Im giving him a bit of a hard time with the old male pattern baldness. If only I knew what the future would hold.

And last is my sister. Tastes like chicken.

Note: I was obviously way ahead of the pyjama fashion curve. Also note the deep-bronze 1975 sunblock-be-damned suntans.
