Port was our go-to holiday destination. Some wonderful memories of beaches and sunburn and fishing and young kid adventures.

I’m re-scanning my dad’s old 35mm slides. Many have not seen light for over 30 years.

Long since abandoned and dismantled, there used to be an aquarium with seals and dolphins and stuff out at the end of the breakwater.

I used to love to go and watch the dolphins, but looking back at these slides the whole thing looks small and shabby and sad.

Funny how memories come with built-in filters.
