Camera: Canon AE-1. Film stock: Ilford HP4

Another film photo from my light-leak infected Canon AE1. I am also happy with the composition of this photo. The bell sitting in the negative space of the sky….and the way the gumtree curves around matching the bells support ring.

For some reason the leaks are much less evident in this photo, retreating to the sides and giving the picture a subtle glow.

This bell sits at the Silver Wattle Quaker retreat just outside of Canberra. My local Zen group (Black Mountain Zen) uses this space for our regular retreats, and for a time this bell would call us back to each meditation period.
