3 Canberra icons. One shot.

It was yet another magnificent funky sunny Canberra winter day (without a comma in sight is that even a sentence?).

I took a midday stroll on the path around Lake Burley Griffin, and managed to grab a shot with it all….

I have photographed these things before, but it was nice to get them in a tidy, simple single shot.

Analogue Update:

I’m off to buy some film for my new (old) Canon AE-1 today. This will be a test roll just to see how she performs. I am going to put her in for a service because I’m pretty sure the light seals (foam seals in the door to the film compartment) are degraded. And you do not want any pesky light leaks getting in to spoil your hard-earned photography.

It will be a week or so before I can show you my first attempts at film photography (maybe longer if the camera goes in for service). Such is the gratification delay with analog. But from then on, any photos taken on film will be tagged as such just so you can see the difference.
