This cafe has some beautiful stained glass windows.
It is located in the Australian National Library (name: Bookplate), and being in a library and being in a cafe, the spirit-light cast by the windows has a fully appropriate church-like feel.
Seated at the tables, people engage in caffeinated conversation.
In admixture, it becomes an unintelligible choir-loft drone, a hum of sound that modulates and shimmers in a deep contrapuntal to light cast on the pillars.
Talk of deep and shallow, yarns of blue and red and green, stories of light and dark and marble shades. The vibe (vibrations) of it all goes out to the windows,
and they resonate in sympathy,
and in ever so subtle ways that almost…
almost cannot be perceived,
change the warp and woof of the light coming in.
Yet it is not noticed other than to remark how beautiful these windows are.
Besides…there is much to discuss.
