A magnificent warm(ish) winter day on Sydney Harbour.Antidote for the last few weeks of overcast, cold, seasonal affective disorder-triggering Canberra weather. Walking around Circular Quay before catching the late afternoon ferry back to Kissing Point. The theme was architecture. The light was on point.

62 and I’m still doing it.
I still try to maintain a regular (ie 3 to 5 sessions a week) fitness program. I find it compliments my daily meditation practice. And at 62 I’m blessed to be able to do so. Mind you, its a totally different bunch of reasons that bring me to the gym these days. I don’t come…
